Tom has been involved in the HVAC industry for over 40 years specifically on the Heat Transfer Solutions side. Tom graduated from Old Dominion University and found his career in the field as National Sales Manager for a leading manufacturer of Heat Transfer Products. In that capacity, Tom traveled throughout the US setting up sales reps. Prior to starting Maiocco Associates in 1990, he worked for Tozour Trane in charge of sales for the ancillary product division. Tom’s experience is in designing heat transfer solutions for commercial and field applications be it fin tube coils, shell and tube applications or plate and frame design.
